Sheri Robinson is a licensed clinician with over 10 years of experience working with children, families, individuals, and couples. Sheri now holds a position as a contracted clinical therapist as well as a supervisor of a Parent Teen Mediation Program at Family Resources Inc. Sheri has worked in several different environments, in home and different office settings, facing challenges including but not limited to helping others combat trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management issues, self-esteem, skill building, and development of appropriate insights and perceptions. Sheri’s main goal is to provide a safe non-judgmental space to allow clients to be open, comfortable, and motivated to identify their challenges, issues, and need for change. Sheri utilizes several therapeutic modalities with the help of incorporating knowledge and skills as a S.O.G.I.E (Sexual, Orientation, Gender Identity and Expression) and CSEC (Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children) trainer as well as CBT and Trauma Focused interventions to allow her clients to remain in control of their progress and change process while becoming the best version of themselves.
Sheri’s passion for the therapeutic process began as a young child who faced several challenges being a part of a family who suffered from many clinical diagnoses and her own personal trauma’s and anxiety. Sheri truly believes that the overall holistic health and wellness is imperative to an individual’s healing and promotion for change. The love for holistic health will always contribute to Sheri’s consistent commitment to help others become the best version of themselves through a therapeutic approach.
